Most of our standard pieces ship within 3-5 business days. Custom upholstery or large sectional orders may take 2-4 weeks for delivery depending on your location.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day trial period. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a full refund, provided the item is in its original condition and packaging.

Do you offer assembly services?

Yes, we offer White Glove Delivery which includes room-of-choice placement, full assembly, and removal of all packaging materials for a flat fee.

Are your fabrics pet-friendly and stain-resistant?

Absolutely. Our 'Performance' line of fabrics is specifically engineered to be moisture-wicking, scratch-resistant, and easy to clean with mild soap and water.

Do Swyft products come with a warranty?

All Swyft furniture includes a 10-year limited warranty on the internal frames and a 2-year warranty on fabric and cushion integrity.

Can I request fabric swatches before I buy?

Yes, you can order a complimentary swatch kit containing all our current fabric and leather options to ensure the perfect match for your home.
