  Prepare the Items

  Disassemble your furniture and place it back into its original packaging to ensure it remains protected during transit.

  Schedule a Collection

  Choose a convenient date and time for our specialized courier team to pick up the items directly from your doorstep.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
